less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning fee. **
CHECK
IN time is any time after 4PM on the day of
arrival. If you would like to request an early check in time of 12pm onwards
please contact us for availability and pricing.
CHECK
OUT time is 10AM on the day of departure. Failure
to depart by this time may incur a charge equal to one day’s rental.

Pool heating is optional, but is recommended if you plan on
using the pool during the cooler months. There is an additional charge of $100
per week inclusive of Taxes for heating of the Pool which must be paid in
advance. For periods of less than
7 days, a reduced fee will be levied. It will normally take between 24-48 hours
to completely heat the water and thus advance notice is preferred to aid the
delivery of our quality service.
**Cleaning charges are included in stays of 5 nights or
more, for bookings of less than 5 nights an additional charge of $95 is
required.
Our payment terms are 20% of the total rental cost must be
received at the time of the booking. The balance is due to be paid in full (and
any check etc cleared) at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Special snowbird rates are available for rentals of one month (January -- April) upon request.
